Questions
What if someone doesn’t want to use a phone?
Entirely optional. Regular keys work as before, and nobody has to change their habits.
What happens in a power cut or with a flat battery?
Doors can always be opened with a regular key.
What does it cost?
A one-off cost to connect the doors, plus a running service. Both usually fit the operations budget, so the board can decide alone.
Do we have to go through our housing association?
No, but if you’re with OBOS, TOBB or USBL, the change-of-ownership automation comes included.
