Unloc Terms of Purchase

Terms of paid services

Unloc allows you to access certain features for the payment of a lump sum or a recurring fee, depending on the features in question (each a “Paid Service”, collectively, “Paid Services”). For example, Unloc Premium and subscriptions will be considered “Paid Services”. When you register for and/or use a Paid Service, its use and any related transactions are subject to:

1. The terms and conditions set forth herein, including the specific terms and conditions for each Paid Service you purchase (collectively, the “Unloc Terms of Purchase”), and
2. The applicable Unloc Terms of Use, the Unloc Privacy Policy, the Unloc Rules and Policies, and all related policies (collectively, the “Unloc User Agreement”).

These Unloc Terms of Sale and the Unloc User Agreement are collectively referred to as the “Terms”. “Unloc” refers to the Unloc entity that provides the Paid Services to you.

Acceptance

By using or accessing a Paid Service from Unloc, paying for it and/or clicking a button to commit to a one-time purchase or recurring subscription, you agree to be bound by the Terms. If you do not understand or agree to any part of the Terms, you may not use or access any Paid Services.

To purchase and use a Paid Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old, and
• Have the express consent of your respective business entity (e.g. real estate company, property manager, condominium association, etc.) to purchase and use the Paid Service.

If you accept these Unloc Purchase Terms and use the Paid Services on behalf of a business, organization, government or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to do so and have the authority to bind such entity to these Unloc Terms of Purchase. If so, “you” and “your” in these terms refer to that entity.

Changes in terms, paid services and prices

1. Changes in terms: Unloc may revise these Terms of Purchase from time to time. The changes will not be retroactive and the latest version, available at unloc.app/purchaser-terms, will apply to your use of the Paid Services and related transactions. If we change these Terms after you have accepted them (for example, after purchasing a subscription), we will notify you in advance of material changes. Such notifications may be provided electronically, including via a service notification or email to the address associated with your account. By continuing to use the Paid Services after the changes take effect, you agree to the revised Terms of Purchase. If you do not agree to these or future Terms of Purchase, you must not use or access the Paid Services.
2. The terms of purchase are written in English, but are available in several languages through translations. Unloc strives to ensure that the translations are as accurate as possible compared to the original English version. In the event of any discrepancies or inconsistencies, the English version shall prevail.
3. Changes in Paid Services: Our Paid Services are constantly being developed. Therefore, they can be changed from time to time, at our discretion. We may stop (temporarily or permanently) providing the Paid Services or features within them to you or generally, with or without notice. Unloc is not liable to you or any third parties for any modification, suspension or termination of the Paid Services. The specific terms and conditions for each Paid Service specify how you can cancel a subscription or, where applicable, request a refund.
4. Changes in prices: Prices for Paid Services, including recurring subscription fees, are subject to change from time to time and may be increased annually.
